These Terms of Use govern the use of this website, the client portal and the mobile application operated for Advocate Mohit R Balani (“the Advocate”). By using the site or making a payment through it, you agree to these terms.

Nature of the website

This website is an informational resource about the practice and a facility for existing clients to view their matters and settle invoices. Nothing on it is an advertisement or solicitation of work, and nothing on it is legal advice. Use of the website does not by itself create an advocate–client relationship.

Client portal

Access to the client portal is limited to existing clients using the credentials issued by the office. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Payments

• Payments are made against invoices raised for professional services and are processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
• A convenience fee may be added to the invoice amount at the time of payment and is shown before the payment is confirmed.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. They should be read with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
