This Privacy Policy explains how Advocate Mohit R Balani (“the Advocate”, “we”) collects and handles personal information through this website, the client portal and the mobile application.

• Identity and contact details — name, email address and mobile number, provided when a client account is created or when you contact us.
• Matter information — case and billing details relating to the professional services engaged, shown to the client in the portal.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). Card, bank and UPI credentials are entered on the gateway and are not collected or stored by us; we retain only the transaction reference, amount and status.
• Technical data — limited log and device information necessary to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

Information is used to provide and administer legal and advisory services, to raise and settle invoices, to operate the client portal, to communicate with clients about their matters, and to meet legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Information is shared only as necessary — with the payment gateway to process a payment, and where required by law or by the rules governing the profession. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to protect the information held.

Retention

Personal and matter information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the services and to meet legal, regulatory and professional record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

A client may request access to or correction of their information, and may request deletion of their account through the Delete Account page. Certain records may be retained where retention is required by law.
