Delete your account
You may ask for your client account and the personal data held with it to be deleted at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what happens to your information, and how long it takes. It applies to both this website and the Advocate Mohit Balani mobile application.
How to make the request
There are two routes. Both reach the same office and produce the same result.
If you can sign in
Sign in to the client portal and request deletion from this page, or from Profile inside the portal.
Sign in to the portalIf you cannot sign in
Write to the office from the email address on your account, with the subject Account deletion request, stating your name and registered phone number. The office will verify your identity before acting on the request.

Deleted
- Your sign-in credentials, so neither the portal nor the mobile app can be accessed with them again.
- Device push-notification tokens, immediately and permanently — the app stops being able to notify you.
- Your portal session, which ends the moment the request is confirmed.
- Your profile record, including name, email address and telephone number, once the office completes the erasure.
Retained
- Case files and the record of proceedings conducted on your behalf.
- Invoices issued to you and the record of payments received.
- Correspondence forming part of the professional file.
These are an advocate’s professional records and accounting records. They are kept for the period the law and professional obligations require, and are not used for any other purpose.
How long it takes
- Sign-in access is revoked immediately when you confirm the request.
- The office acknowledges the request and verifies your identity.
- Erasure of the personal data listed above is then completed, and you are informed when it is done.
